Basketball training service in Pacific founded by Quincy Wilder, Washington's 1996 player of the year and a former USC scholarship player. It offers one-on-one training, group training packages and single sessions focused on skill development and character growth, alongside motivational speaking. Programming is private and small-group coaching rather than a summer camp.

Powered by GoogleWe were at his summer camp in 2024 and have had Quincy and his staff down to our location to put on multiple clinics and he is amazing! The way his communication and instruction connection is with our pre-middle school girls is perfect. They listen, are so engaged, and can’t wait for his next lesson. He makes them laugh as well as creates a very safe space for them at whatever level they are at. We as parents watching our kiddos participate in his programs are always left with so full of hearts and pride at what he’s able to pull out of them every time. We look very forward to continuing to work with him 🥰🏀
My daughter has been training with Q and his team for a while now. They make training fun while also pushing my daughter. She’s gained soo much confidence these last few months and it’s definitely been showing on the court. Big thanks to Q-time. Would highly recommend.
I’m so glad we found Q-time. My daughter has learned so many new skills to work on to help improve her game. Quincy has high expectations and challenges her at every training. He also gives her specific ball handling skills to work on at home and provides an online “homework” form to fill out. Quincy is very encouraging and provides a positive environment to work on and develop new skills. He has also been easy to communicate with and accommodating when our schedule changes. I highly recommend Q-time!
Quincy is by far the best trainer we’ve found for our son. Not only has he played at a very high level of basketball but he incorporates that knowledge and experience into his training by breaking down our sons game and constantly adjusting his training regimens to suit his progression. He pushes him to get better and work on new skills at every training session. Quincy is very flexible with his schedule and great with kids of all ages & skill set too.
My son loves training with Quincy! He’s been training with him for about a year and half now, and he truly looks forward to it. Quincy just has a special way with the kids that allows them to have fun while training. I definitely see a great improvement with my sons ball skills. The schedules with Q-time are consistent, and he’s a great communicator. I have recommended Q-time to others, and will continue to do so!
