We showed up 15 minutes ahead of time and they came out with a cart and wheeled all of the stuff into the party room and they set everything up while we played!! Everyone had a blast and kept the kids and adults entertained the whole time. Miles and Sawyer were top notch and kept the party moving. Highly recommend spending a little more to save yourself some sanity and can actually enjoy the party!

We all had the best time ever with the party pros Myles and Cindy and we felt like family from the moment we walked in and was greeted by Nikki until the very end. The entire process including making the party reservations was seamless and so easy. They set everything up for you and at the end they clean up and help take all of the birthday gifts and left over party items to your car. We will definitely be back to Pump It Up with them again!!!
