Guest pass experience is terrible. You enter, and sit through inputting all your personal information first. I mean why do I need to provide all this sensitive information in the first place, and sign up for marketing emails and calls, but it's fine. Then you have to wait for some person to give you a membership talk. In my case that singular person is busy on another call, which is also fine, so the right thing to do would be to say "Come back around on your way out" or something to that end instead of having me sit there in the lobby for 10 min, which actually was just the amount of time I had to check out sauna, etc and other services, which I didn't get to do. Some made up rule about Guest pass members needing to sit through timeshare-presentation like membership talk before you can even enter the gym. Maybe ask your guest whether they are interested in listening to membership talk first ? Before you waste a bunch of their time. Anyway the membership talk dude didn't waste anytime, very straightforward, which I appreciated. It's the lady at the counter lying to me saying that the membership policy that the member signed also states that the guest passes require to jump through these hoops to utilize. I actually went through the member policy, and it doesn't state this anywhere. She is just hiding behind the crutch that "I just work here, I don't make the rules". I mean I get that, but you are the customer service mouth piece, so having some common sense on handling these situations is bare minimum expectation. I am happy to delete this review if anyone can provide me club policy that states this is a requirement for guest pass entry.

It is a great place to work out, but also can be so busy that you spend more time waiting for equipment than using it. It is also more dedicated to casual lifters, with how many treadmills, etc., they have. The website also makes it difficult to find their calendars, so you can inadvertently come and end up not being able do the workout you have planned, like swimming laps. And don't even get me started on how the pools seem to somehow be always filled unless you go super early or super late. Finally, them being open 24/7 is a lie, since they close for every Christian holiday. So, if you want to workout that day, you're out of luck.

Amazing gym I'll give it that but there was a janitor cleaning the bathroom. I ask if I can go and she says okay. So I got number two with the entrancedoor wide open she dident close it. Now I'm a gassy guy alright so this was embarrassing but whatever. It's a good place

We've been members for over two decades. The staff members are all wonderful. Everyone makes us feel welcome and valued. The facilities are clean and the equipment is maintained, even when it's busy. There are plenty of options in terms of classes, personal training, weight machines, and cardio machines, so there's rarely a wait to get in a good workout.

The Princeton club wear has improved from decade ago, however, the membership is still annual and holding members as hostages is still ongoing. Pretty obsolete model due to owners old school mindset. People would be joining more willingly and feel better about their membership if they had flexibility just like any other yoga or Pilates studios offer. There is a neat shop added with smoothies, meals and the menu. Looks really great. Also selling powders and some treats. Pleasant addition to the facility. Tons of fitness classes to choose from. Overall best you can find in Madison sadly for Madison.
