After 20y at The Y, we couldn’t be happier here! Wonderful Staff, classes and clients. Very diverse as well! Princeton Club also welcomes Specisl Olympians! My Daughter & I have a real community here. This is nirvana.

My wife and I have been members of the east side Princeton Club since 2023. We love the trainers at this gym. The facility is maintained extremely well, from cleanliness to addition of new equipment annually. The owner takes critical feedback seriously and incorporates changes to ensure their facility remains the best in the area.

One of the best gyms I’ve had a membership at. The number one thing was the price. You get SO MUCH for probably the best price in town, including access to all the Princeton club gyms in the area, and as a parent childcare is included which is hard to find. So many of the classes are free, and they have any equipment you would need. The staff also work hard to keep the space clean and sanitized; there isn’t a moment where I don’t see someone cleaning, and the locker rooms never smell like B.O! If you are looking for an affordable, cleanly gym with everything you need, look no further 💪🏻

I had a very disappointing experience at this location as a member of more than 5 years. After picking up my son from Kids Club, we briefly stepped onto the track for a short race before exiting. A front desk attendant demanded we leave, claiming we were breaking a rule. To my understanding, the rule applies to children using equipment—not simply being in the building with their parents. We acknowledged her and were already leaving, yet she stood beside us and refused to give us space until we exited, speaking in a condescending tone as if we didn’t belong there. The treatment was unnecessary, disrespectful, and not what I expect as a paying member. This experience has influenced my decision not to renew my soon expiring membership. Edited with Response: Your response reflects a pattern I’ve seen in other reviews of yours: instead of addressing the customer service issue raised, the focus shifts to assigning negative behavior to the member. The situation was straightforward. I acknowledged the rule, confirmed we were leaving, and asked for space. The staff member chose to stand beside us, speak condescendingly, and insist on seeing us out of the building like thieves. That conduct is the concern, and it remains unaddressed. If what you consider “aggressive” is a long‑time member setting a boundary after being spoken to in a condescending way, that says more about the culture you’re defending than about my conduct. Recasting a customer’s boundary as “aggression” is a convenient way to avoid accountability. It may protect an internal narrative, but it doesn’t improve service or trust. My decision not to renew was already made based on this experience. Thank you for processing the cancellation.
