Prime Time Children's and Youth Activity Center is a Maryland-licensed, nationally accredited childcare center in Owings serving children from infancy through age 15. Alongside infant, preschool and before- and after-school care, it runs a summer camp for school-age children, grouping children into twelve separate age-based programs.

Immaculately clean, safe & secure, well managed programs with exceptional staff and facilities. It’s been a blessing every day since my kids have been here. Their summer program this year has been totally awesome with lots of fun activities. Year round they keep them busy with fun & learning, festivals, and they even offer parent night outs,. My youngest loves being there all day, which is such a relief! The staff is so great here, they really know what they are doing and how to develop children. Looking forward to another year with my kiddos there through the Fall 2023-Summer 2024. 😎
