I’ve had my 6 year old enrolled for about 5-6 months now and we are truly amazed by her progress and professionalism within the school and instructors. I highly recommend premier gymnastics to any age group.

We attended this gymnastics facility for about three years, starting in the pre-team program and eventually making it to team. Unfortunately, our experience over that time became increasingly stressful and anxiety-provoking for both our daughter and our family. Communication was a major challenge throughout our time there. We often felt left out of the loop regarding expectations, progress, and program decisions. There was also a significant amount of staff turnover, even within the pre-team program, which made it difficult for athletes to have consistency in coaching and support. What was most disappointing was that after our daughter worked hard to make team, we were unexpectedly told she was no longer able to continue. This happened despite the fact that we had not expressed any negative feedback or caused any issue . The situation was confusing and upsetting, and it was handled in a way that felt abrupt and unsupported, without warning. Though, the owner Kendall would state, otherwise. Gymnastics should be an environment where young athletes feel encouraged, supported, and excited to grow in the sport. Unfortunately, our experience here had the opposite effect and ultimately caused our daughter to lose her love for gymnastics. I hope this feedback encourages the facility and owner to improve communication, provide more stability within their programs, and focus on creating a more supportive environment for young athletes and their families. As we are not the only family who has experienced this. As we know/knew many families who have since left or been kicked out as well. I took over a year to write this review as I wanted to make sure I was not combative in my review. I wish Premier and there athletes the best, but I also hope for them to make a change.

My daughter has been attending classes at premier for almost a year and a half and she LOVES it. She’s been through just about every stage of the toddler classes. My first encounter with the gym was with Courtney and she was very informative and helpful! My daughter was nervous to start at a new place and Coach Cassidy did an amazing job helping her feel comfortable, welcomed, and working with us to help my daughter thrive. Even though we aren’t in her class now, she still checks in and truly cares about my daughter! As she’s moved up, we are now with Coach Lauren and she has also done an awesome job encouraging and teacher my daughter. Premier is clean and organized and we are very happy with attending classes here. We’ve been other places closer to home before settling here and the facility truly makes the drive worth it.

After a year here, we canceled — and it breaks my heart for my 3-year-old daughter, who is incredibly gifted for her age. I’m fine with tough coaching, but what I witnessed was not toughness — it was belittling, passive-aggressive, and harmful to toddlers’ self-esteem. The final straw was hearing Miss Denise tell a brand-new student, “She’s not a very good gymnast,” directly to her face, followed by a sarcastic shrug to another coach. I’ve seen her kick toddlers out, exaggerate behavior to parents, and suggest they rethink the sport entirely. This pattern has happened more than once, and even some teenage coaches here seem overwhelmed with the toddler classes. When you’re paying $160–$200+ for once-a-week sessions, you expect professional, patient coaching — not treatment that could crush a child’s confidence at such a young age. We canceled on the spot and got a refund. What spoke volumes was that the front desk staff showed no surprise, no concern, and no attempt to keep a family who had been there for over a year. The gym may have a wall full of awards, but that means nothing if you can’t create an environment that builds children up instead of breaking them down. My daughter deserved better. Message to the gym: Spare me your generic “we’re saddened” response or your request to call or email. I’ve heard it all before — this review is my voice, and it stands as is.
