I attempted to enroll my son in their soccer program and needed some basic information. I called multiple times and no one answered. I then received a text instructing me to text instead, which I did but I never received a response. Communication is extremely important when parents are trying to sign their children up for activities, and unfortunately that was lacking here. Very disappointing experience.

Our family’s experience with Premier Futbol Academy has been incredibly disappointing. We enrolled our daughter in good faith, committed to the program for over two years, and consistently raised concerns through the proper channels. Despite repeated assurances about her development path, she cycled through four coaches in that short time, was placed in environments that did not challenge her, and often spent excessive time in goal against our stated wishes. This slowed her development and left her behind her peers. The real breaking point was not only the lack of follow-through on promised opportunities, but the dismissive attitude when I raised valid concerns about how these decisions had impacted her growth. That was the moment I realized PFA was not invested in truly listening to parents or doing what’s best for every player. When we formally withdrew her for the upcoming 2025-2026 season and submitted a refund request before the season even began, I was told by Daniel Paschedag, the director, that the Board would review it. Since then, I have emailed, texted, and called multiple times without receiving any response from him. Weeks later, I still cannot get the courtesy of a clear answer. Families entrust their kids and their money to this club, and the absolute lack of communication and accountability from its leadership is unacceptable. If you’re considering PFA, I strongly urge you to think twice. Our daughter lost valuable time, and our family has been left with nothing but frustration.

We started with Premier with both our son and daughter. Our daughter had some issues transitioning from rec to club and ultimately decided soccer was not her thing. When our son first started playing soccer, it was near to impossible to get him to even put on the uniform - much less cleats and shin guards. He did not want people looking at him. The coaching staff was patient and they worked with him. After about a year, something clicked and he loved soccer. He loved the practices, his team mates, the and coaching staff. Now, four years later, he cannot get enough and even loves to go and support other Premier teams to be successful - at the age of 9! Just last week (2.27.23), one of the coaches pulled aside a player, after a rough practice attitude-wise, and reminded him about good sportsmanship. Teaching the players early about how we treat others on the field is vital! So many reasons we we love our Premier family!

We have been with the club going on four years...we see growth in our two children every season. It has not always been a winning season but we know that development is more important at this age. Our kids have enjoyed their coaches and the expertise they bring to the field. We've had the pleasure of having Coach Daniel Paschedag as my boy's coach...he knows his stuff and how to coach a rowdy group of boys...we appreciate that he isn't just about the wins but the individual and team growth and development.
