★Tawny KaneUpdate: 11 days later and still no refund. I will never be back to this establishment and I will not recommend it to anyone. Poor way to run a business. They are all about the money. My children have attended this place as well as Poconos best. Both places were good in the beginning but as time went on I felt my children were learning the same thing over and over with nothing new introduced. Both places I canceled at least 60 days in advance and both places charged me after it was supposed to be done. It has been 6 business days since they claim they reversed the charge after stating it would take 3 to 5 business days and still nothing. I am very upset that this has happened not once but twice. We will be looking for a new gymnastics company. Couldn't even give a cash refund but you were real quick to take money out of my account.

★★★★★KellyI can’t even express how amazing the Team Best family is! They are the nicest, most down to earth people I know. All the coaches have welcomed both of my kids with open arms. We’ve done summer camp and Ninja class as well as day camps. The kids always have a wonderful time and I know they are safe and building confidence and having fun every time we go. Also, my son had his 7 year old birthday party here. We invited his entire class and a few other friends. Only 3 kids showed. It hurt my heart, BUT these amazing people at Team Best called in reinforcements once I told them that was probably all the kids. They called up some local friends to join the party and really helped make my son’s day even more special than I expected. And all of these wonderful bonus friends brought gifts. It warmed my heart to know that good people truly do still exist. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and amazingly positive attitude. They’re called Team Best for a reason ❤️
