I normally do not post negative reviews but I believe parents should know ahead what are they signing up for. My daughter participated on a volleyball traveling team this year and she completely regrets it. Her experience was painful. The coaching staff is clearly unprepared to work with young developing athletes, she was consistently ridiculed for not having certain skills but not helped or encouraged to attain those. Practice was very chaotic, drills not properly explained, there was a lot of punishments for not executing those drills. Coaches were demeaning and even made fun about the girls' physical appearance. Parents were not allowed to watch practice and not heard when tried to speak with coaches. The only opportunity we had to express our concern was by email directly to the director and had no response. I've got to hear a lot of other parents' concerns and they were all along these lines. Volleyball has become very expensive and become just a money maker for this club with very little care about our girls development. It's very disturbing...

My daughter absolutely loved attending classes at this company! She had a great time and learned a lot, which made me happy. However, there was one problem that we encountered during our time here. As a father, I found it difficult to participate in the practice as there were no seats set up for parents. We were always asked to leave the area and wait outside for two hours. I found this quite challenging When we visited Orlando, Florida, we went to a volleyball course that had seats set up for parents. They also provided Wi-Fi so that parents could work while they waited. I feel that this should be an essential update for this company. It would make it much easier for parents to be involved in their children's practices. Overall, I highly recommend this company, but they need to make some updates to improve the experience for parents.

Complete waste of my money! The instructor my daughter had clearly didn’t want to be there. Instead of using mistakes as an opportunity to teach she ridiculed the children that were inexperienced. She signed girls out for mistakes. Appeared to favor those that had experience. Instead of being encouraging the instructor was discouraging. First time ever my daughter walked out of a practice somewhere and was on the verge of tears! They should have had the children separated by skill level not age and had the instructor that preferred to work with experienced athletes with those that had experience. My advice would be to go elsewhere. Search for a private instructor. This is nothing more than a company looking to make money and do as little as possible to teach!
