Phoenix Arts in Norristown, formerly LeRoux School of the Arts, runs summer camps and after-school programs alongside year-round classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, theater and acro for children and adults. It also offers all-boys classes, toddler programs and special-needs services, and has enrolled roughly 250 students with more than 2,000 children passing through its camps and after-school programs since 2009. Summer evening classes include a Dance Combo for ages 7-10, Beginner Acro Jazz for ages 3-6 and a Musical Theater Intensive for ages 10-12 and 13 and up.
