Community center in the village of Phelps whose summer program serves school-aged children ages 4-12 with a full day of on-site activities: homework and school-work help, games and toys, arts and crafts, and outdoor time on the center's playground and sports fields. The center is a registered school-age child care provider with New York's Office of Children and Family Services and also runs dance classes and other year-round programs.
