Petroglyph Little League
Private
Petroglyph Little League is a chartered youth baseball and softball league serving the Taylor Ranch area of Albuquerque, with games played on the fields at Mariposa Basin Park. It runs a seasonal community league with age-group divisions rather than a summer day camp, and registration is limited to players who live or attend school within league boundaries.

We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Petroglyph Little League directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

I get it it’s little league but how do you expect the kids to have fun when every game they always lose? Because of coaches does not know how to manage the team .Coaches does not teach kids basic baseball .. My son’s new team does not even do warm ups and yes favoritism! We came early to the game cause he wanted to bat first but guess what? Favorite kids and board member kids goes first even when they came 10 before the games, then they put my kids almost last. Same kids pitching , same kids getting recognized, same kids having more play time.
The fields need a update. The city should be ashamed of itself.
This is part of the park and it needs some serious upkeep. Crab grass and goat heads. Restrooms are terrible, looks like homeless people have been living in the area as well as people camping in cars.
The feilds was over run by goat head stickers we cut the sticker patches out for hours . I got bit by 11 fire ants. And there was just so much stickers. The feilds are not being kept up / matiained what so ever.
