A separate Teen Arts Lab for ages 11-14 goes deeper into animation, printmaking, fiber arts, bookbinding, film and 2D and 3D design. Camp runs 9:00am-4:00pm with extended care from 8-9am and 4-5pm, campers can register for multiple sessions, and the nonprofit offers a limited number of need-based scholarships for camps and classes.

Great place for art of all kind. Pottery classes, music and exhibits.

What a beautiful place! The grounds are well-kept without feeling sterile. There are sensible plantings as well as lots of open areas for all kinds of events and gatherings. The Perkins Center has art shows, concerts, performances, and even classes for kids and adults. I don't live in the area, but my advice to anyone is to visit. I wish I had a gem like this in my neighborhood!

All of my children have different artistic interests. I was able to find classes that fit all of them. Several instrumental lessons, dance classes, pottery and sculpting classes. All of the instructors were wonderful, love what they do, are experts and successful in their field and love giving back through teaching. You can not find a better place to send your children. I highly recommend.

The first of the 2021 summer concert series with All Tuned Up as the headliner. They were great. The Perkins Center rocks! Great outdoor location with plenty of space for the little ones. Grounds are well kept.

It's a good idea and a good place that helps to keep the arts alive with music and art lessons for all ages. But I think the fees are too expensive. I can't afford them but I would love to take a clay course there. The building could use some improvements like a real sitting area for the parents to wait especially in the winter instead of in their cars for a 30 min music lesson.
