My child was in the infant class, She was 18 months old and oh boy what a horrible facility it was. The classroom was always smelly. Sometimes I couldn't even get into the class room to pick up my kid. I don't know how the kids are breathing the whole day. Secondly the staff, I don't know if I ever met such a rude management before. My kid does not like to go there, I thought she will get used to it but No, She did not like all 4 months she went and I had to move her to a different daycare. The teachers don't respond, they don't give any feedback about their kids nor do they empathize with the parents. Its very hard as a mom to leave their young kids and go back to work. We expect some sort of trust that the kid will enjoy and will feel as a second home. But no, this facility and the people don't care about the kids or the parents. If you want academic excellence its a good facility and I wouldn't budge on that. But 0 for cleanliness, 0 for parent teacher or teacher kids interaction. The One star that I gave is for their academics, they have good curriculum. But I feel at this 18 month stage I want my kid to trust the teacher and she should be looking forward to go to the daycare and not the opposite. Overall a horrible experience. Management should change their approach. Posting this reply after the response for my review from Parker Chase. To Parker Chase facility: Yes, I already mentioned in my review that we are no more enrolled in your school after the horrible experience and let me re iterate, best decision to move my daughter out of your facility. PTC residents, there are really some good daycare in the area. Please don’t get stuck with this one.

My daughter was discriminated against and denied by this daycare because of her autism diagnosis. This was really unfortunate that it is 2026 and we still have shameful stuff like this going on. It’s literally autism acceptance month at that, just disgraceful! Anyway I don’t want my daughter anywhere she is not welcomed. 10/10 don’t recommend for anybody that has children on the spectrum. They basically just don’t want to deal with your child.

After being in a different daycare that didn’t work for us, we decided to enroll our son in Parker Chase and it has been the best decision we have made for our son. We see a totally change in the way our son interacts at school and especially at drop off. He comes in ready to go, minimal crying and is excited to go to school. His teachers are AMAZING and always treats my son with so much love. Ms. Lola, Ms. Hailey, Ms. Valerie and Ms. Ro are all the best and very attentive and loving to our son. When we come into the facility everyone greets him and gives him a good morning. Jenn at the front desk is the absolute sweetest and greeted my son by name since the first day. It means so much to have our son be seen and happy. They actually care about the children and don’t just treat them as a number on the roster. There is a lot of family engagement as well. And when small concerns come up they are receptive and make the change. We love the updates they give during the day and checking in to see what he’s doing through the cameras. It provides such a big comfort to us. They are truly an amazing facility and I am thankful we made the decision to put our son here.

We recently enrolled our son and he absolutely loves it here! We were a little worried at first because he was enrolled in a different preschool and always complained when we dropped him off and would sometimes cry but here he's been so happy and always asks if he's coming back tomorrow. We couldn't be happier with his teacher and the rest of the staff 😊

My child is in the infant room and couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The teachers are amazing and communication has been great. I really value the guidance and suggestions from the infant room teachers and it made going back to work much easier. I was originally on a waiting list for another daycare and found Parker Chase as my maternity leave was ending. I never knew how important having camera access would be to me and so glad we found Parker Chase!
