Powered by GoogleThe perfect place for open gym play, class instruction, and team building. Love the instructors and the front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. Miss Hannah is the best!
I’ve been coming to this gymnasium for over 1.5 years now. My daughter enjoys it! Ms. Hannah & Ms. Joanna are amazing & so kind and nice to her. All subs are good as well. The front desk staff are polite and always greet us when we come in. We never had any issues with anything! Overall this place is a good safe environment for your little one to be in.
Based on what I have personally witnessed, I am deeply concerned about the environment at Paragon Gym for kids. I have seen children being treated in ways that appeared abusive and emotionally distressing, with kids frequently crying during sessions. The facility itself also seemed unsafe and unsanitary—there were visible rats, and I observed what appeared to be feces left in a sink, which is completely unacceptable in a place meant for children. These conditions and behaviors create a troubling atmosphere that I believe could be harmful to kids’ physical and emotional well-being.
I visited this place with my friends on Saturday, September 20, and it was a very disappointing experience. The building smelled bad and seemed dirty, as if it’s rarely cleaned. Some staff were rude and treated us differently because we are Turkish, which was upsetting and unfair. When my mom arrived to pick me up, the woman at the front desk made up false claims about me. I know they weren’t true, because another staff member later thanked me for being polite and respectful. This shows the front desk staff were not being honest. My hair still felt dry and unpleasant even after showering, which makes me question how sanitary their equipment and environment really are. While a couple of staff members were okay, the overall experience — especially the front desk treatment — was unacceptable. This will be the last time I come here. I do not recommend bringing your kids.
My son had a great time during a recent Birthday party. The staff person in charge was awesome, and so patient with all the kids. I can't wait to go again.
