My 12 year old son went on the 3day experience with his school and had such a great time. This was the first time he was going to be away from his parents and he actually came back more mature more independent. I would say this was a greater experience than we expected. He loved the activities and the walks , he said the food was great and the staff assigned to their group of boys was great. My son speaks of Mr Robin hood with great admiration. The weather was very cold but just plan ahead and look at the weather app to know what to expect. I was able to send him with the weather appropriate clothing. He was glad he was prepared compared to a few other students that were not ready for the extreme weather conditions of the mountains. Pali’s packing list was a great guide. Overall this is a great program for teenagers to learn and experience away from the busy city routine. Wish more schools would offer this opportunity to students.

My son had a wonderful time at Pali Institute. He went with his 6th grade class from Las Vegas for one week. He said the food was very good. He enjoyed activities like zip lining, rope climbing (and the leap of faith), dissecting owl pellets, dissecting a squid, roasting marshmallows, learning about the solar system, and so much more. He enjoyed being with his friends for the week! Thank you Pali for a memorable experience.

Both of my sons have visited Pali Inst over the years (my youngest most recently in Dec '25), and they both enjoyed the experience thoroughly. I didn't personally attend the camp, but my sons report various activities and had an absolute blast. This is especially interesting, considering they usually are locked in on video games and PC stuff, but enjoyed the break from electronics to connect with nature, camp-based activities, and exposure to science. They noted desire to go back, which is a great sign. Lol. Additionally, I needed to interact with the staff to align other logistics for my lil camper, and all parties were helpful, kind, and efficient with support. If your child is offered a trip to this facility, I would highly recommend they go!

My son had an amazing experience at this camp. The counselors were patient, energetic, and clearly cared about the kids. The daily schedule was full of fun activities, and he especially enjoyed the outdoor games and crafts. As a parent, I appreciated the clear communication and updates throughout the week. Highly recommend this camp to any family looking for a safe and enjoyable experience. Also my son can’t stop taking about have delicious was the food there and let me tell you my son is very picky eater so for him to say that, Hands Down!
