I’ve been a gymnast here many years ago as a teen, and I’ve regretted coming here. They don’t care about progress, only the money you give them. I’ve been the oldest in my classes, as a 14 year old with 8 year olds. They saw my potential, my skills and my abilities which surpassed the level they kept placing me in. They purposely placed excuses to prevent me from learning new skills I had the ability to learn. The reason? Because I was “too old” to be with the advanced. Because I started gymnastics “too late.”You are never too old to start gymnastics. Your age does not define your abilities. Because of their greed and blindness my dreams were thrown away. If you want your child to achieve their goals and reach their dreams as gymnasts, I highly recommend OMEGA gymnastics in Tigard. There’s adult classes there as well that push you to achieve anything you desire without judgement. I’m an adult now, and it hurts to realize what I’ve been through here as a child.

The coaches are so attentive and kind and knowledgeable. They work the kids hard and teach them good skills and keep them safe, all in a positive, encouraging, challenging, and fun environment. My 12 year old boy loves it and he is learning so much and improving in skills and confidence and strength. We will definitely continue participating at OGA as long as we possibly can. I recently signed up my two children at the Oregon Gymnastics Academy to take the introductory test and see if they would enjoy it, and I must say—it’s fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and affectionate, making you feel right at home. The teachers are absolutely amazing; they are not only professional but also great with kids, showing patience and enthusiasm every step of the way. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately stood out to me. It’s clear they take pride in providing a safe and clean environment for children to learn and have fun.
