Orange Easel is a children's art studio serving Kansas City since 2014, with its Liberty, MO studio (plus a Platte Woods location). Its summer art camps for ages 4-12 have campers complete at least four projects a week across drawing, painting, sculpture and mixed media, printmaking, fiber or metals, grouped by age. Younger children (ages 2-5) can join Mini Art Camps and Storytime art classes, while 3-week workshops in drawing, digital art and animation serve ages 10 and up.

My daughter took a pre-school weekly art class for the entire year before kindergarten and loved it. The curriculum always includes learning some art history as well as making art with different techniques and mediums. Open studio on Saturdays is also a great way to just enjoy the studio without being enrolled in a class, just show up and make a project! So fun!
