My 2.5 year old son has been doing classes here for about 6 months now with Miss Lexie. I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! It’s so awesome. I love seeing his improvement and he is gaining so much confidence. Miss Lexie is amazing with him!! Would highly recommend if you have a very active toddler.
My daughter started in December. She enjoyed the bears class. The first day of getting moved up to tigers She was assaulted by the teacher who was very aggressive to most of the kids but, mainly my child who was there for her first class being moved up. My daughter is 4 1/2. When I called after rushing her out of the class 20 minutes after it started. Called the next day And after my third time calling I was connected to someone and I asked to speak to supervisor or owner and gave them the information of what had happened mind you it traumatized my daughter and myself. I don't use physical punishment nor would I ever expect a teacher to treat 4-year-olds that way or anyone. Also on my very first day or very first 6 months. Never once did the teacher talk to me. I actually had to speak to her on my own behalf. No hi my name is? Nothing. I eventually did ask how my daughter was doing. Is there anything she needed to work on, after about 2 months. What happened to my daughter though I have yet to speak to a supervisor but, had a coach/ preschool director call me and then just gave me multiple excuses. I was told the owner was on vacation. Later was told she was listing in the background... guess it wasn't important enough for her to talk to me herself till it was about my review (that's been reported 3 times. Why it's showing up as last wk btw) When I saw everything, I have pictures where my daughter had handprints left on her. She was grabbed on each of her arms and shook and then screamed at for not being able to do a handstand. When she had never attempted one at all till that moment. And I didn't see anyone do a handstand I thought it was a donkey kick. But, then the director disputed everything I said on the phone. When I watched it with my own eyes. I'm that type of parent that moves to each window when they move so I can see her. Having no supervisor/owner getting in touch with me And apologize at the very least not a director (but instead just listening in the background). Or refund my money since we didn't get any classes. I would definitely suggest not bringing young children here. Or at the least around that teacher. I was told her past teacher who was wonderful with her was the "softest"teacher. When we are talking about toddler class non competition. I watched the new teacher only name I got was DASHA slam another girl against the wall by her ankles. While the other teacher was already helping the girls and pointed to the ground for them to get closer. It's a lot I know. But something I'm never going to forget and has been hurting me a lot. I paid $84 to have this happen to my daughter! It was her first day getting moved up. Her dad came and she was supposed to be excited and happy. She didn't even talk for 2.5 hours after. And shut down. She always listens and trys so hard. This should never happen. And even after, nothing will/has been done. I hope this was a one time thing and no one has had or will have something similar happen. It's Now Friday (after) and this took place Monday evening(day of class).
My daughter's 2½ years old and she's a Tumbling Turtle! This gymnastics organization is wonderful! My daughter loved it! And I loved watching and being involved in helping her with her tumbling! ❤ I absolutely gave 5 out of 5 stars!
Love love this place! My daughter has learned so much in one short year. Ms. Cheryl is the bomb, we love her!
