★★Jessica RA positive part of my day pass was the women’s locker room. It was beautifully upgraded, but it needed to be cleaned better. The sauna seemed off. I really enjoyed the anti gravity chair. The staff seem nice. The personal trainers seem to be very knowledgeable. However, the amenities were an issue for me. The gym is in need of upgrades, especially in the pool/hot tub area. There are broken ceiling tiles, stained ceiling tiles, and moldy/dirty grout. In addition the hot tub was very dirty and the surrounding area with hair etc. It was not clean nor comfortable to use. I did not use it as long as I wanted to due to cleanliness. The pool is in good condition, but the water in the pool/hot tub needs to be monitored and cleaned better. The tables in the pool area are nice. I ultimately decided not to go with this gym due to these issues. If they were remedied I would sign up for a year membership and pay for a year of personal training. There is great potential here and I remember this being a really nice gym a long time ago.

★★★★★Nick CarrWell kept gym with everything you could imagine. 70,000 square feet, being the largest in our entire valley and it's a great place. Very large locker rooms, shower rooms, saunas and more. Large machine area with separate compound lift area, great cardio selection, huge sports performance center, indoor track, basketball court, and even some tennis and pickleball courts...all under the same roof. 👀 And they have a day care for the parents that have their young ones with them. Great and super friendly staff and Ryan is a true Gentleman and super knowledgeable about what he does in the gym and the office. For 45-50$ a month, this is the most value worthy gym in NEPA
★★★★★Cindi PowellIt's one of my favorite places. Happiness does come in a gym. Mini in-house Triathlon with my coworker who inspires everyone to greatness. Anyone can do it. Indoor track makes it even easier. Love Dave's classes...hard core. Brian's are hard core in a different way. Zumba is a lot of fun if that's your thing, and their enthusiasm has helped me obtain some healing. The pool is very nice. There is lots of space, and there are many equipment areas, massage chairs, saunas, steam rooms etc. It's just a wonderful place... because of the people too.

Basket ball court whi h is full size for multiple pick up games. Boxing area including 2 working speed bags, multiple heavy bags, a timer and a fo us bag. Lots of weight equipment both old and new. Bikes and all types of classes . Seem to have everything here but it's expensive. $20.00 per day when other gyms harge near that a month.
