The Northwest Ottawa Recreation Authority (NORA) runs week-long outdoor recreation camps for Grand Haven-area youth in archery, kayaking, canoe fishing and mountain biking, plus a Kick Off to Summer Camp and a G.E.T. (Girls Exploring Together) Outdoors Camp. It also operates a recreational summer program across June, July and August that serves more than 200 youth at two locations. Scholarships are available through the NORA Youth Scholarship Fund so that cost does not keep a child out of any activity. NORA is a public recreation authority serving the Grand Haven area.
