NorCal Flag Football is a family-run youth flag football league for boys and girls from pre-K through high school, teaching 5-on-5 flag football across cities in Northern California from a Capitola base. Practices and games are held on the same day, every child plays and rotates through positions, and the league was among the first in the area to run all-girls divisions at every age level. Play is organized as seasons with a large end-of-season playoff tournament rather than as a summer camp.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Nor Cal Flag Football directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleIncredibly crap league…. You guys should have never done a Sacramento league. It’s been non stop bad communication, playoffs were a joke, refs don’t know the rules. Day of playoffs and your org is an hour late, people waiting at the gates and the only contact number goes straight to voicemail. Complete scam and waste of money. Guy in the photo is a bozo, learn to talk to parents and run the tournament. Had a melt down on his loud speaker
The org itself is great but do watch out some parent coaches would keep their kids on the field as much as they can while other kids share tiny to no play time during the game.
Owner is super unprofessional. I can't believe people pay to put their kids with a man who has no respect for others. His form of communication is to insult with no sense of collaboration or effectiveness. A simple concern will turn into an insult match with "do you know who I am?" Save your money, put your kids into a league that genuinely wants to work with kids and parents.
We have loved our experience in Robert Foster’s league. I believe my son started playing in 2019, we also attended the camps during the pandemic, and continue to play. And in all Honesty, having our son and my husband participate in the league, is what has contributed to our health as a family- mental, physical, and emotional, when our world closed down. We are forever grateful for the joy that emanates from the field when the kids play, for the involvement of parents, and the parents to see them and perhaps forget about our problems some. My son is very well aware that nothing comes without hard work and practice, that talent isn’t just natural. And it’s helped build resilience, as we see what comes out of that. The organization is very professionally run. We are involved in other private leagues for other sports, and we know how it can really be a mess. And this organization is hands down, well run, efficient, and professional. People may be upset w refunds that they wanted and write bad reviews, but one should listen to the overall voice that is the strongest, not the loudest or most irritated. I highly recommend this league and we are grateful that our son can play in this safe environment. And it’s amazing to see the kids play on the Harbor High grounds!
Professional group, great organization for kids of all ages and skills. Compared other programs when choosing where to put my children and once I talked with Robert Foster, I knew I was in the right place. Brendon’s leadership with his coaching team has helped my children develop coordination, technique and how to be a team member! To them, each child is special. Thank you for your dedication and integrity.
