It teaches and educates these kids on teamwork, camaraderie, unselfishness, character, work-ethic, morals, discipline, accountability, responsibility, just to name a few. Charles Johnson, JJ Briceno, Ian Holmes and all the Coaches and Staff have devoted themselves to these kids both on and off the field. Me personally, experiencing other youth sport programs from previous years, there are no comparisons to how this New Age Athlete program operates and carry themselves to a higher standard. They don’t settle for mediocre training, practices, workouts, etc. proving to show in their results. They understand how to mold these young kids and mentor them in a way that will have an impact on them for as long as they live. My son LOVES this program and all the Coaches that he has encountered since joining Team CJ 7v7 and New Age Flag Football. We are very blessed and fortunate to have connected with them and will continue to do so without a doubt.
