NC Surf Adventures offers five-day youth surf camps at Wrightsville Beach, meeting Monday-Friday from 8 to 11 a.m. for kids and teens ages 5-14. Instructors, many former ocean lifeguards, cover surfing and ocean safety, and all gear (soft-top boards, leashes, rashguards) is provided.

He was very knowledgeable and gave us ideal times to surf, but, our group had a specific time/day we could fit lessons in and he made it happen! He then got us in touch with Brett who was our actual instructor. Brett text the day before and made sure we knew exactly where to meet and communicated what time he would be there. Brett put us through a quick lesson and got us in the water ASAP (not before making sure we all felt comfortable and understood the lesson!) He was in the water the whole time helping us through the waves, turning around, pushing us onto the waves, giving us tips and cheering us on all while treading water the whole time! Between the communication, ease of booking and knowledge of the instructor, i wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

It was remarkably easy to coordinate the lesson and they came right to our rental house - beyond convenient!! Jimmy and Jake were absolutely fantastic surf instructors!
