Nan's School of Dance teaches ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, pointe, contemporary, acrobatics, Irish dance and athletic training for ages 2 and up, and runs summer dance camps at its Lake Jeanette and Horse Pen Creek Road studios in Greensboro. Camp options include a Dancing Princess camp for ages 4-7, where dancers learn ballet and creative movement fundamentals and craft a princess costume to take home, a cheer camp for ages 5-9 and a hip hop camp for ages 8-11. Summer classes run as a four-week once-weekly session from July 6 to July 28; camp daily hours are not published.
