Coach Michelle on Tuesday mornings is our FAV person. She is the most patient and understanding. She helps and asks them to try try try again but NEVER forces and is so flexible, she lets the kids be kids. I could not recommend them more!

We have been endlessly impressed with the amazing young people who run this program! My boys LOVE ninja and count down the days for it every single week! They leave ninja sweaty, out of breath, and smiling. The coaches are excellent at motivating the kids and providing constructive criticism. We have loved all of our coaches, but one of our favorites is Coach Jake! He is AMAZING! He is high-energy, positive, hilarious, and goes out of his way to connect with each child in his class. My boys talk about him all week. When they mess up a trick in class he expertly helps them avoid embarrassment and see it as a learning opportunity instead of a humiliation. I love ninja because it has taught my kids to fail with grace in front of their peers—something we need more of in this world! I absolutely recommend this program! ❤️
★★★★★D BlackWe started taking my daughter here when she was about 18 months old. We have been impressed with the coaches, with the safety of the ramps, bars, etc, and with the general atmosphere. For young kids, Mountain West Gymnastics Academy has a great atmosphere and provides a great place for toddlers (and their parents) to get in some movement. We have already recommended it to other parents and will continue to do so. UPDATE My daughter is now 2.5 years old. If anything, we are more pleased with the establishment and coaches. We highly recommend Mountain West Gymnastics Academy for toddlers. (It also seems great for kids and adolescents; we just haven't had that personal experience, yet.
