My daughter has been part of Elevate for the past two years and was on the Silver team. During that time, she had four different coaches due to high staff turnover. After tryouts for the upcoming competition season, we received what felt like a very scripted and automated email stating that all spots had been filled and there was no room for her. We were completely blindsided by this decision. A few weeks prior, I had met with the team director to ask about my daughter’s progress. At that time, we were told she only had a couple things she needed to work on and that she had the ability to make it to the next level. Because of that conversation, the outcome came as a complete surprise. What has been most disappointing is the lack of honesty, communication, and personal consideration throughout this process. I truly hope my daughter becomes stronger from this very hurtful experience.

My daughter loves the three peas class with Claire! My wife and I did gymnastics while growing up, as well as coached, and we’re always really impressed with Claire’s abilities to manage a class and teach age appropriate skills to our daughter. Our kids love the ninja classes! The coaches are attentive, caring and get the kids excited about learning and discipline. Parents viewing area is close to the classes and large enough so we all have space to relax and enjoy watching our kids in class. I would recommend this class to others, especially since there is a free trial class so you can check it out before committing. The staff is quick to respond to texts and have been super helpful when we needed to change times. The app is great for scheduling makeups.

My kids have loved going to Elevate. My daughter is in the aerial silks class and her teacher, Eliza is absolutely amazing! My son is in the ninja class. It has really helped build his confidence. The front desk is always so easy to communicate with and quick to respond with questions or concerns.

Such an amazing place, my son is in the ninja class and it’s a great gym with lots of things to train with. Everyone has been super nice to communicate with. The bleachers really aren’t that bad. Considering people sit on bleachers for over an hour at football games and don’t complain lol.
