This is the administrative office of Mount Vernon Community Children's Theatre, the nonprofit that runs performance-based summer theatre camps for rising 1st through rising 8th graders, held at Heritage Presbyterian Church on Fort Hunt Road in Alexandria. Two-week sessions offer a morning musical theatre block (9am-12pm), an afternoon acting block (1pm-4pm), or all day 9am-4pm, each ending in a performance on the final Friday; a separate Teen Production Camp serves rising 8th-12th graders. There is an automatic 5% sibling discount.

Powered by GoogleI started performing in MVCCT's shows when I was 6, began helping with summer camp as a teenager, and have kept coming back to work throughout adulthood, because they're JUST THAT GREAT! The teachers and directors are fabulous with kids, the productions are fun to watch, and the camps are a great time for both new and experienced young actors. MVCCT is a community gem!
Great experiences for kids who love to sing and love theater!
LOVE MVCCT! Great productions for kids, by kids! Tremendous opportunities both for performers and audience members. And the summer camps are simply the best in the area! Highly recommended!
