★Tatyana ZhabinaIt's very hard to get hold of them. We were trying to cancel the class after Christmas. We called multiple times, left voice mail, and messaged on Facebook. After about a week and a half, and thanks to our teacher, someone finally called my husband, and explained that since they need 30 days notice and have already charged our card, if we don't go to the class, they will refund money next month for the classes we haven't attended. So we haven't gone to any classes that month, they haven't refunded anything but charged us again the next month. I understand they have policies, and if they told us they couldn't give us a refund, we would at least go to the class since we already paid. But we didn't go to the classes and didn't get the money back.
