Tennis is fine. Very bad customer service. My daughter went to “trial a clinic”. They charged her for the trial. The following session she couldn’t commit to the whole season and the manager Bobbi gave us a hard no on prorating the fee. Despite the fact that they resold the spots. Just very poor business people.

I tried to sign up for 3.5 point play but was not allowed to because I previously sign up for a 2.5 point play. My NTRP meets the qualifications and sign up for 2.5 to get a feel for the facility. I was evaluated by an instructor I never meet. I was also told the class was all men. I am a man, but the class should in inclusive to all.

Zach is a fantastic coach. He is so patient and does a great job explaining the game to inexperienced players. His lessons are a perfect balance of hitting, movement, and teaching. The front desk are wonderful people, and pick up the phone to provide accurate and helpful information.

Great facilities- courts well maintained as well as fastidious locker rooms. Fantastic pros- not afraid to use unconventional methods to teach skills-Even in groups (ie clinics, point play etc) know how to focus on each individual player's strengths and weaknesses-can see definite improvements in my own skills and those of my tennis friends. Club Teams are enjoyable-- competitive yet nurturing and fun. Appreciate that they never try to "sell" you on spending more. Always conscientious of clients' monetarily.

03/20/2016 I booked a pro for today at 11:00 am and when I arrived, they told me that Ned was not going to be my pro but Pedra would be. When I began to play with him he was not the caliber of the previous pro I had - Anna yet the charged the same price. I am a 3.5 player and there were more balls on his side of the court then mine. Not a good sign. In the middle of the lesson I went to the front desk and I was told three weeks ago by my previous pro he would be $65/hour. After the lesson was over the front desk told me that was a promotional price. The reason I am not taking lessons with Anna anymore is because on the day of the lesson, the club called me to tell me that the High School is practicing Friday nights and we need to cut your lesson to 30 minutes. This was not going to be one Friday night but for several weeks. I had this time slot for several months. You would think the club or even the Pro, who had my cell #, would have given me a heads before the day of the lesson. I met a gentlemen in the locker room and told him of today's happenings. He also said that was done to him to. The club's integrity needs a lot of work.
