Most important if you are a busy club that wants to take care of your customers your hours and your availability should reflect it. No club that I have been a member of closes at 7 PM on a weeknight or 2 PM on a weekend. And someone should always be answering the phone at the front and getting back within a few hours. Sorry this was a big miss for me this summer as a visitor. Hopefully they will figure it out.
