Update 6/20: The jacuzzi has been closed without any timeline for when it will reopen. The pool deck shower handle fell off nearly 2 months ago and still has not been replaced. Zero communication about it. There is a Home Depot literally half a mile away. This is a place for kids, not adults looking for fitness. The actual fitness amenities are terrible. The basketball court is at least 20 years old. The jacuzzi is usually cold and dirty in the corners. The steam room isn't strong anymore. The sauna is cold. They need to remove those things from the website because they're not adequate.

I am very displeased & quite honestly... I'm pissed at the continuous lack of communication, organization, & efficiency of this facility--specifically the athletic director Colton. For several weeks now, I've tried reaching out to him per staff, to get my child into T-Ball for the summer. I've respectfully emailed/left voicemails for Colton (as I was told to by staff) & I continue to be ignored. My son has participated in several sports sessions most recently, & when I attempted to get him registered online for T-Ball, I was not able to. I also called to get him registered And was told by the staff over the phone that registration for T-ball had closed, but there were still several spots left open and available to get my child signed up. I was told to reach out to Colton, and have still yet to receive a response. I have also called up to the Y, to see how else this can be handled as the session is starting or has started, And the staff are clueless as to what to do. This is a nonprofit organization that specifically offers several sports sessions seasonally & is largely known for their sports programs. Not only is it unprofessional, but it is also extremely rude not to communicate or respond at all, even if it is to say that I can no longer get him registered.

Update: I’d give negative stars if I could. This place is part daycare, part senior living facility. Luke warm hottub. Lukewarm sauna. Enter the Twilight Zone of poor management. Fill the hottub up at 8:30pm, not the middle of the day when members are still walking in. Common sense.

I tried to enroll my son in their after school program. They stated that they would need extra support and would hire someone. Months later I check in they say they’re working on it. More months pass and I see they refunded my account. No communication, no “sorry we can’t accommodate you”. Very disheartening. I expected more from them especially since they pride themselves on inclusion. I would’ve been fine if they’d just said they couldn’t do it from the beginning.

Why does this YMCA Make its own hours , closes at 4pm on weekends , closes at 9pm on weekdays ? Every other Y is open till 10pm and to top it off, the staff believes 9pm means 8:45pm everyone needs to be out of “their” facility !!! News flash buddy without members there is no ymca !!! This place needs an overhaul asap !!! No one cleans !!! This place is disgraceful. Things are getting worse and worse. The front office has been informed & they just ignore it, if I come here one more time & see all the nasty shit, I’ve been seeing the past year !! I am going to just call the health department my damn self !!! Fair Warning to the staff.
