I’m so sick of this location. Mr. Waters who is over everybody is nice and caring but his staff need to do better. The staff is kids. They are bullys talk about the kids and parents. When the parents address them they lie. The young adult that is 22-24 that is over the staff of kids always go to bat for them and they never get reprimanded. Def will be looking for other options. I should not have anxiety or feel uncomfortable every time I pick up my kids. I’m definitely going to have to go off on them when I finally pulled my kids out.

My child experiences a lot of bullying & hardship the workers hold personal grudges on the children based on the interactions they have with parents. I’ve expressed concern about bullying in the 8-11 age group and 13&up. They need to get better control or start taking accountability for the things they neglect. & to be fair my daughters have attended this facility on more than one occasion trying to give them chances.

We only use it for the summer and my daughter has a blast. The price also can't be beat. With YMCA charging $1000+ for 1 kid. $250 is a much easier pill to swallow.

Went to sign my children up and noticed Staff members yelling at other children and then try to play it off when they saw me looking. I say be aware of where you send your children.
