But Coach Nick understands that winning isn't the most important thing. The overwhelming majority of these kids will leave gymnastics behind by the time they finish high school, but they will benefit for the rest of their lives from the discipline, hard work, and self-respect that they get from Coach Nick. Nick emphasizes character development, teamwork, stewardship, and consistency/perseverance. Winning is just the icing on the cake. My kids and my family are better off having met Nick. It has been amazing being part of the Metrolina family.

New 5000 sqft facility is top notch with every square foot covered in foam and carpet. 30 ft tumble trak and 50 ft wide spring floor. Low student to coach ratios. Convenient location near I-485. I would recommend this place for private lessons, recreation classes and kids looking for competitive gymnastics.
