Although I have not been here for around six months or so because a twice broken toe, I just wanted to say what a nice place this is. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier, and the fact that they set you up with a personal round of work out machines puts this above any gym I’ve ever been to.

Best gym membership I've ever had. They have everything; yoga, aquatics, boot camp aerobics, everything. You can also just work out on your own or utilize the assistance of one of their many personal trainers. I joined in July and I love it.

I joined a few months ago so a newer member. I joined mostly for the pool and hottub use. I had a hottub at home but tenants damaged so wont get another one while im renting. The place is good but for the price they charge and the amount of members there are a lot of things that need to be fixed/updated. The few months ive been coming here the hottub has been down a few times for days at a time its currently down now for the 2nd day. The steam room has been down a few times and is currently down for the 3rd day. There is another hottub but can't relax in that one bc of kids getting in and out and splashing. Same with the pool most of the time there are a bunch of kids in there so can't really relax. Wish they would have a smaller pool just gor adults and get the steam rooms and hottub operating. There are also showers that the water doesn't come out of well and a bunch of other stuff thats dilapidated in the locker rooms.

This place is Great! My family was out of state (Alabama) when my 33 year old daughter had a stroke and was hospitalized @ McLeod Regional Hospital in Florence & we were Blessed to stay @ the Guest House. Ms. Wanda @ the Guest House reached out to the McLeod Health & Fitness Center & we were able to go & enjoy this center to have a outlet as we go through this difficult time for our family ❤️🙌👏 From 6/11-7/11 / 2025 we were able to go here & release the tention from the situation that my daughter was going through! Praise God for this opportunity to go here & thanks for the staff there!! My daughter will be healed In Jesus Christ Name Hallelujah Amen 💪❤️💜❤️ Blessings!

The staff is Awesome all of them, Ms Tina left an amazing impression with me, so understanding and very caring, she gave me towels to dry off when stepping out of the pool and had extra on the bench and a towel to sit on and dry off before entering the dressing room. Ms Tina did ask me what kinda music I like, and allowed me to listen to gospel music during therapy, it was very nice. I really enjoyed therapy today especially with her. I enjoy therapy at MCLEOD HEALTH and Fitness, oh she really was concerned about me, she asked what was my pain level in the dressing room as she walked me to the door, very very helpful and professional. God bless her=)
