The Palmetto Tennis Center is a City of Sumter public tennis facility in Palmetto Park that runs a summer tennis camp over three weeks, Monday through Thursday 9am to noon, with families able to sign up for one, two or all three weeks. It also offers year-round youth programs for ages 4 to 18 through its Performance Training Center. Campers are grouped by age and ability.
