Mariner Youth Soccer is a nonprofit club in Fairhaven that hosts a week-long summer soccer academy at its own Mariner Soccer Complex, run in partnership with Resendes Soccer Academy and open to boys and girls ages 5-15 of all ability levels, in full-day and half-day options. Players work on fundamental technique and game concepts in a positive, competitive setting. Alongside the camp the club runs recreational and travel soccer programs on its Huttleston Avenue field complex.

There’s no sign marking the entrance, so when you turn in, it feels like you’re heading into a restaurant parking lot. But keep going and you’ll see it. The first parking lot appears right away, but don’t stop there. Keep driving down the dirt road (even though it feels like you shouldn’t!), and you’ll find a second, much larger lot. The complex itself is outdoors and absolutely beautiful, with at least six soccer fields—maybe more—and a great concession stand to top it off.
