The Maine Youth Fish & Game Association runs a five-day outdoor-skills day camp at its Pickerel Pond facility near Milford for youth ages 8–15. Campers learn fishing, fly-tying and casting, firearm and hunter safety, archery, map and compass, outdoor survival, camp cookery, and ATV safety in a phone-free setting, with daily busing from the Libby School.
