Madison County Children's Camp
Private
Camp Lookout (Madison County Children's Camp) is a nonprofit overnight camp on 144 acres in Eaton with a 900-foot waterfront, serving children ages 8-13 who attend school in Madison County. Each summer it provides a free week-long residential experience to roughly 700 children in need, with swimming, canoeing, nature study, arts and crafts and team sports. Founded in 1922, it prioritizes kids who would not otherwise attend camp.

Powered by GoogleMy children have been campers here for years and now my son gets to be a CIT (Counselor In Training) The staff is passionate about what they do and are great at keeping all children safe and making them feel welcome. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
Awesome experience for kids! All my kids have gone, my oldest being 23 now and loved it!!
I’ve gone every year and been in the same cabin with the same girl and she is so nice and lovely. My first time i went she gave me her stuffed animal for the first few nights because i couldn’t sleep. I love it there they are super nice. The worst part is saying goodbye!
Went to camp there for 8 years and was a C.I.T. The Best years of my childhood were spent there. Loved the boating, swimming, being out in nature; looking up in the night sky to see nothing but stars like never before. A freaking awesome place for a kid. 10/10
My daughter had such a great time! Her favorite part was boating! She also loves the arts and crafts. Keep up the good work 👍
