Our son has been attending LVA Fountains since he was in the infant room (started attending at 9 months old). He is now 2 and a half and has had nothing but an incredible experience. His teachers have been nurturing, loving, and have become a safe space for him to thrive. Rosa took over as the director a few months into our experience and she has been nothing short of incredible. Any issues/questions are handled promptly and professionally and you can tell she wants what is best for all students in her building. They offer so many unique programs and opportunities in and out of the classroom which is something we truly enjoy. 5/5!! ⭐️

Lil Voyagers has been nothing but amazing for our son!! I was always that mom that said my kids would never go to daycare, then came a moment financially where I had to go back to work, and after touring 10+ daycares luckily we chose Lil Voyagers! Our son started at just a year old and is now almost 2 and thriving! He has learned so much it’s amazing to see! They always have the cutest events for the kids also. Highly recommend!

Our son attends VPK at this daycare, and we couldn’t be happier! He has learned so much, and the teachers are attentive, kind, and truly professional. The management team is efficient, responsive, and always helpful. The facility is super clean, cozy, and welcoming. Our son loves it, and so do we! They also organize fun events and gatherings, which is such a nice bonus for families. We highly recommend this daycare.

We’ve had such an incredible experience at Lil' Voyagers Academy Fountains. From day one, I have felt complete peace of mind knowing my son is in such a safe, caring, and structured environment. The communication is amazing—I love receiving updates and photos throughout the day, it truly makes me feel connected and reassured. The program itself is wonderful, full of learning, play, and growth opportunities. My son is always excited to go, and that speaks volumes! I can’t recommend this school enough for any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and engaging place for their child.

I’ve held off on writing this review until I had fully processed our experience, but I feel it’s important to share as a warning to other parents. When my daughter first started at Lil’ Voyagers Academy at age 1, we were thrilled. The teachers were kind and attentive, and she seemed happy. But once she transitioned to the next classroom, everything changed. Her personality began to shift—and then came the physical signs of neglect. She was regularly sent home in different pants after sitting in soiled diapers for hours. It became clear her diaper wasn’t being changed often enough—sometimes not for over 4 hours. She was frequently bitten by other children, with many of these incidents going undocumented or unreported. We’d bring her home and notice bruises on her face, bite marks on her arms and back, and her fingers swollen or injured. One day, our pediatrician found feces left on her despite a clean diaper—proof she hadn’t been wiped properly. The doctor was also alarmed by her fingernails falling off, explaining this could only be caused by heavy trauma, such as someone stepping on her fingers or smashing objects onto her hands. When I asked management to review the cameras, nothing was ever found. The incidents escalated slowly—an occasional bite turned into a weekly and then daily occurrence. I was constantly contacted about her falling, being bitten, or injured. Management dismissed my concerns, telling me my 1.5-year-old was just clumsy. They promised to change her diaper hourly and log it, but that practice stopped after a few days. The stress of this experience was overwhelming. I lost sleep, couldn’t focus at work, and constantly checked the daycare app for updates—hoping she was safe. There was constant staff turnover, and I overheard many parents voicing similar concerns at the front desk. If the staff weren’t actively harming my child, they were at the very least neglecting her. Looking back, I regret not contacting child protective services. Thankfully, we found a new daycare with familiar, trusted staff. Since switching, our daughter is thriving—her language skills have blossomed, she hasn’t been sick once, and most importantly, her warm, bubbly personality returned within a week. I do not recommend Lil’ Voyagers Academy and would never send my child back. The way our concerns were handled was deeply unprofessional, and the lack of staff consistency made things worse. To other parents: trust your gut. Pay close attention to changes in your child’s mood, health, and behavior. I wish we had left sooner.
