We always have the best time! It's always super clean and the staff is amazing! My son had tubes, and one ear did not heal. Leaving a hole in his ear (we can't get it taken care of until we move) and the lifeguard by the slides let me stand by the slide so I could catch him so he wouldn't go under. It was his first time going down the slide and he absolutely loved it! The lifeguard made his day!

Really nice gym. My main goal for the visit was swimming, and they had plenty of options, including indoor and outdoor pools, as well as different water temperatures ranging from cold plunges to heated pools and saunas. There were water slides, diving boards, and towels available. I used the outdoor pool, which was a bit cold since it wasn't sunny today, but it was still a lot of fun. There were lots of families, but the pool didn't feel crowded, and the pool had plenty of toys and activities for kids. The pools felt very safe, with many lifeguards on duty. I would definitely come back to swim again!

Love the gym and atmosphere, great machines, nice big locker room with saunas, very good size pools and they offer classes and coaching. I would give it 5 stars but i have two complaints, one is I can never use the leg extension machine or pec fly machines because they are always taken no matter what time of day it is, if this gym could acquire a few more of those machines somehow then it would get 5 stars cause this is the best gym in tulsa in my opinion. Complaint number two, there is a man who drives a red Lamborghini Huracan that seems to always park in a Handicap spot and does not have a handicap disability placard displayed which is illegal btw and I have mentioned it and nothing has been done or said to this man that drives it.

I’ve been a member of lifetime for about 6 months now. At first it was just another gym with some upgraded amenities but it was hard to justify the cost. However, about three weeks ago I discovered the classes that are included in the membership and found this is where the real value of the membership is. The Alpha Strength & Conditioning classes are next level and has gotten me excited about working out again. Cully is the coach for these classes and he brings a wealth of knowledge on biomechanics and brings a great energy to these classes everyday making these tough workouts fun and brings up the energy and motivation of all the participants. In just a short time I have already seen tremendous growth in strength, my cardio, and my energy levels. Before I was considering is it worth it for this membership compared to other gyms, but now I feel like it’s a no brainer and well worth it. Even though it’s a group class it’s easy to ask questions and get feedback and one on one attention similar to have a personal trainer.

Used to be an outstanding place to work out, but over the last few months the quality has declined significantly. Started by making the lap pool unavailable in the afternoons. They have allowed a swim team to occupy EVERY SINGLE LANE. I was told this was temporary and they would be done with the pool by January. It is now February and they are still here. There has been no mention of this on the club schedule. Then there's the state of the equipment. There's been a lot of equipment down for repairs. There has also been a lot of torn padding. Broken mirror in the locker room that took almost 2 weeks to fix. Sauna that's down almost 2 weeks out of every month All of this and no ACTUAL club manager. Email left unanswered. For what they charge there should be more attention and accountability.
