It gets busy, it’s the main Lifetime in the east valley, so obviously peak hours are peak hours. Same everywhere else you go. There’s no comparison in my opinion. Highly recommended.

They have a spa area and restaurant/ store, various workout equipment, locker room, swimming area indoor and outdoor, workout rooms, and more. Their locker rooms are clean and have steam rooms, and their showers come with shampoos/soaps, and they provide toiletries and even towels which is a huge plus. The pool area is pretty big too and their hot tub is decent- most of the jets were a bit weak but they had one at the side that was working very well. They even have hydro massage chairs that you can customize where you want to get massaged. They have an accessible entrance area with button to open door, plenty of parking too.
