Front desk staff are friendly enough, trainers are nice, but pool staff and lifeguards are just a bunch of young kids with a summer job, and it shows. Very unprofessional at times. I don't have a problem getting into any classes, but after being a member for over a year, it is definitely not worth the price; it's not a luxury health club. Maybe it's just the Peoria location but there way too many children running around without parents to guide them on how to behave. I've been told this location prides itself on being family friendly, and that's great for them, but it definitely does not feel like a high-end gym. For example, tonight there were four young girls (8 to 10 years old) running in and out of the sauna to the cold pool to the jacuzzi just as you would expect children of that age to do. Mom sat in the chair telling them to stop going in and out, but they did not listen. I get that they pay a membership fee also but just be aware that it's like being a kid's summer camp right now. It's not as bad when school is in session. For $200 a month, I should be able to enjoy a relaxing time in the jacuzzi. I guess it's now acceptable for boys to be in the women's locker room as one could be seen peeking under the changing room doors today. Cleanliness is questionable. Showers are pretty disgusting at times with pubic hairs found at the bottom of the shower. Windows are always filthy. It's obviously worth it for young families with kids, and that's who this location caters too. Just not sure it's worth the exorbitant price anymore.

Emily, the tall blonde who works in the women’s locker room every night, is seriously one of the hardest workers at this gym. She’s always so kind and positive, and honestly deserves way more recognition for everything she does. With her personality, looks and people skills, she could easily be working upfront, but instead she’s constantly behind the scenes keeping everything clean and running smoothly. Every once in a while I see her on the fitnes floor, she’s nonstop moving, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, putting away weights after these men, and running all over the place. She’s always busy doing something. I get tired just watching her work. I do hope she gets payed enough for what she deals with. Keep it up, Emily your hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!

Lifetime is a state of the art aquatic center. It is incredibly clean spacious and I never have problems getting a lane! ever ! In the 6 six year I’ve been attending there. Swimming for fitness is a joy that lifetime provides which I could never get in any other gym which had a pool. The pool is always exceptionally clean and the temperatures that they maintain make it so nice to swim long distances. As a fitness swimmer, I swim an hour to an hour and a half without stopping 2 to 3000 yards a session. I also love the mult-generational aspect of this fitness facility. From kids to seniors and in between there’s something for everyone.

Fantastic gym. It truly has everything you could need. The classes are fantastic. It’s so clean. The cafe is awesome and coffee bar delicious. Honestly can spend your whole day here. Working remotely here is such a game changer. Training staff rocks too. Can’t say enough great things.

(My review is based solely on my experience with the lifespa only, as I do not go for the gym, in my honest opinion...the experience of the gym at this location isn't worth the price its members pays) Savannah is EXCELLENT, by far the absolute best masseuse I've experienced here in AZ. She never ever disappoints and even continues to message even when I fall asleep. She actually makes the most out every minute in every massage she gives. I recommend her to anyone looking for a substantial massage experience in AZ!!
