Powered by GoogleGym overall is fantastic. Pools Indoor and Outdoor, Steam Room, Dry Sauna, Hot Tub, Cold Plunge, free towels, lots of muscle recovery options. My biggest complaint is they have only shown 1 NBA Finals game and No World Cup on the TV's. Also, the TV's by cardio equipment seem to be always broken. Attached is what the TV's have looked like for weeks.
I’ve been a loyal member for years, and it’s honestly disappointing to see the condition this gym has fallen into. The locker rooms and sauna are consistently dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The sauna especially feels neglected grime buildup, bad smell, and clearly not cleaned nearly enough. What really pushed me to leave this review was getting an email saying my membership rate is increasing with barely a month’s notice. When I questioned why loyal members are paying more while the facility conditions continue getting worse, I got no real explanation or effort to keep my rate the same. If rates are going up, the cleanliness and upkeep should at least reflect it. Right now, it feels like members are paying more for less.
I really enjoy going to Life Time the facilities are clean, well maintained, and overall a great place to work out. I genuinely like everything about the gym, from the equipment to the atmosphere. The only downside for me is the water pressure in the showers. It’s very weak, which makes it pretty inconvenient especially for those of us with long, thick hair. It takes much longer than it should to rinse properly. Aside from that, I’m happy with the gym and would definitely recommend it.
Absolutely my favorite gym of all time. It's more than just a gym. My son and family literally spend all weekend and almost every day after school here for hours. It's a wonderful one of a kind membership. Everything is so clean, classes every hour, locations all over the country and all the equipment you need. Kids academy is an amazing time for kids.
Moved out of AZ months ago. Called Lifetime before we moved to cancel my membership. The man I spoke with was obviously in sales - trying to get me to "pause" my membership in case I changed my mind. I insisted probably 3 times that I do not wish to pause my membership, please cancel me out as we are moving out of state. The gentleman said he cancelled my membership completely. Months later Lifetime sends me an email saying "welcome back! Here's your access to all the club stuff" and charge me over $190. I called Lifetime again this morning to speak with a manager. After explaining my situation to the female manager who handles all member services, she asked if she could call me back in "LITERALLY 10 SECONDS". It's been over an hour, I've called back 3 times, now they're ignoring me and not answering my calls. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. They act like your friends in person, but when it's time to cancel they will do anything and everything to squeeze every last penny out of you. I own a finance company and I'm the head of sales - I would fire both of these employees immediately if any of my clients were treated this way. Extremely unprofessional.
