The classes can be challenging to make it to as they mostly run early morning or before 5pm so if you work a day job you might not be able to make it to a ton of classes unfortunately. The classes I have taken were very fun and some were quite rigorous too, which was great! They are varied in intensity so if you're looking for a relaxing yoga class or a HIIT class, you can get it here.
