Most of his bad behavior is impulse control - which I believe is helped greatly through how Legacy MMA functions and operates. Being enrolled in a team sport is one thing, but this is a different experience with different (might I say complementary) lessons learned. There are no screens (TV, tablet, phone, laptop, etc). My son more easily goes to bed at night having used more of his boundless energy. Some kids need to improve behavior and they need to learn through the experience of doing (ever taken the quiz on what type of learner your are? see (read), hear (listen), do). Kids see when others make mistakes and there is an immediate correction - and not some wimpy bad color. Acting out from what they're instructed results in a behavior correction - being called out, being separated (in the same room), and having to do some work - in a very respectful environment. I have seen this work VERY well. If anyone acts inappropriate to another's behavior correction, they're behavior is corrected too - also in a respectful and tasteful way.
