I signed up my three-year-old son for the Little Samurai classes, and the program has been excellent. The classes are well-structured, engaging, and perfect for young children. The young lady instructor is excellent with the kids, and her assistants are also amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the children and know how to work with them. This studio is truly a great place for families. If you’re looking for a judo program for your toddler or young child, this is definitely the place to be!

★★★★★Claudia LemusLegacy has become a second family to us since we enrolled both of our boys there three years ago. They really take the family approach to the dojo, where parents are always welcome, and kids are mentored and pushed in a safe manner according to their level. Despite the family-friendliness that the dojo adopts, the kids do learn from some amazing instructors, and develop hard core skills that allow them to move up in belts and to different age-level classes, as the instructors see them develop and improve. Sensei Oscar and Ms. Michelle are always on the look-out for local (and some not so local) competitions and events that the kids can sign up for in order for them to challenge themselves outside the dojo as well. And each time that my sons have competed in any event, Legacy ensures that several coaches or senseis are present at each of these events to coach and support the kids during these events. Their prices are more than reasonable, and they host a variety of in-house tournaments and events like parents' night out, trunk or treats, mother's day workouts, etc. I can't say enough about this establishment. Once you enroll your child in any of their classes, you have their entire dojo as another support and mentor group for your kids. I can't recommend Legacy enough!
