★Saul GamboaWhen my daughter got her black belt, she was promised the full package in which we fully paid for. She was told that it would take 6 months to receive a certificate from Korea. Two years passed and she had received nothing. She went to claim her items and she told that “it just takes a long time” when in reality it was never ordered. The package cost more than $600.00 Mr. Montalvo was very passive and slightly rude when my daughter make the claim. Finally the certificate arrived May 14, 2025
