No outside food or drinks allowed inside, only concessions. The concessions are never open and almost never stocked. The fee to swim is $15 a person, outrageous. Even as a member you still have to pay $8 for guest price to swim. Membership fee is higher than most areas. Worst part is they advertise parties but it’s impossible to book a party here. Once you do, don’t expect to have ice time or skates suitable for your party. Also no help… how this place is functioning is a mystery. Someone needs to manage this place and fix it or just bulldoze the place. The so called gym, awful. The so called track, terrible and above the swampy pool. Creepy old hot tubs in the locker rooms.

Had a great experience there with ice skating. Friendly staff and reasonable prices! Great to have in Vinton. We enjoy taking the kids since our office is right down the road in the heart of Vinton

My son and I was there today. They were a little busy and did not have my son’s skate size. We tried to go a size up hoping it was still possible to have some fun but unfortunately he went around twice and the skates were hurting his feet bad. We waited around for an hour with hopes someone would return his size. No one ever did so we left. I ask if I could get a refund for his fees only since they did not have his size in skates and we waited, tried other sizes and we were told no. I would recommend asking if they had your size before paying to skate. Other than that the place is fun and worth it if you get to skate.

Membership is SUPER expensive and not being able to bring a free guest is ridiculous, but yet the cheapest gym (planet fitness) allows free guests? I think if you have a membership you should be able to bring a free guest, has a lot of good equipment, classes, etc, but not for the prices. Staff is rude, bathrooms need better up keep.

We went for the family skate from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. We've never done this before, but because we're a large family they gave us a group rate which made our overall cost much cheaper than I expected. For the money, it's one of the best things that we've been able to do as a family this winter. So far. We had a fantastic time. The service was excellent. Facilities were clean. We had a great time!
