He engaged the audience including personal stories and humor in a relaxed yet professional manner always including the achievements of the srudents in his comments. The music selections were recognizable and current making it relevant for the audience. It did appear there were a few "favorite" featured performers which could be improved upon in the future by including others who were never featured to step up if even in smaller groups. Otherwise very nice concert and reception following was on point as well.
